Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by DocuContent in the areas of technical writing, technical documentation, content engineering, digital documentation systems and related consulting or implementation services.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The scope of each project is defined in the respective offer, service description or individual project agreement.
3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
Offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. A contract is concluded by written confirmation, commissioning or commencement of service provision.
4. Client Cooperation
The client provides all information, documents, access, contacts and approvals required for the project in due time.
5. Changes to Scope
Changes or extensions to the agreed scope require separate coordination and may be billed separately.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the respective offer or individual agreement. Invoices are payable within the stated payment period.
7. Rights of Use
After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights of use to the delivered work results. Templates, methods and internal tools remain with the provider unless otherwise agreed.
8. Acceptance and Revisions
Work results are provided to the client for review. Corrections and change requests must be communicated within a reasonable period.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information obtained during the cooperation as confidential.
10. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory provisions. The client remains responsible for technical, legal and safety-related review where required.
